In the apartment is one dinning room with toaster, microwave oven, and fridges and more.Big terrace on upper floor. We have Safety box in the apartments.

2 smaller apartments: Approximately 90 sqm on 2 floors with 1 bed room, air condition. 1 bath rooms, living room with TV. In the apartment is dining room with toaster, microwave oven and fridges. Big terrace on upper floor . We have Safety box in the apartments.

2 rooms: Approximately 20 sqm and has double bed, air condition, bathrooms, TV, and fridges. We have Safety box in the rooms.

Cleaning is included each day, bed sheets and towels.
There are possibilities to use a pool area on Hilton Arcadia that lies in connection to the beach and approximately 400 meters from the restaurant for a considerable sum.
Within the the abundant hotel area with lawns, plantings and tropical vegetation be pool areas with islands and sun terraces. Here is also, snooker, table-tennis, tennis, squash, gym, spa and putting green.

DEPOSIT SYSTEM: All high season guests need to pay a deposit of 30 % of the total amount + 400 baht in bank fees to confirm the booking. Send e-mail when you have the deposit the exact amount and wait for our confirmation.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY: If you cancel your booking 30 days before your arrival you will get back the full amount, cancel less than 30 days before no refund! The refund will be send to your account. Bank charges will be drawn from the amount. We have this deposit system to guarantee your booking.
The rest of the payment for the Apartment or room will be in advance when you check in and please confirm your booking at least one month ahead by mail.
